Fees and Terms

I am a trained and experienced Relationship Counsellor, EMDR & Psychosexual Therapist and Supervisor.  I would describe my orientation as Eclectic.  I have trained in psychodynamic, systemic, CBT, brief solution focused, EMDR and the Adlerian approach*.

I will not normally discuss your concerns with anyone other than my Supervisor unless we have reason to believe that someone, especially a child, is at risk of serious harm.  However, there are also instances where I am legally bound to break confidentiality.

Each counselling session is for 50 mins, and will start and end on time.

All booked and agreed sessions must be paid for.  Any changes to the date or time of appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
